The Monte Carlo Show

My sister and I used to watch a lot of TV in 1980 when we were kids. After seeing The Monte Carlo Show a couple times, Mom got very angry when we tried to re-create a production number, complete with the skimpy outfits on the showgirls.

My sister and I gave ourselves wedgies so our underwear resembled the thongs the dancers used to wear. We also improvised boas out of bed sheets, and probably fashioned some type of head dress with a bath towel. Right after we did our presentation for Mom, she said, "That does it! You are forbidden to ever watch this show again!" (She also hated Patrick Wayne for some reason too.)
