By the way, I'm white...
This is mankind. No one ever said that we were perfect. I think that the amount of racist behavior left unchecked in all of us is astounding, and the true definition of ignorance lies within everyone, but we're simply unaware.
Just this afternoon, as I was looking to greet the evening with another hot hairy mascular musculine hot swimmer jock VGL 8x5 uncut boi, from a hot M4M chat room on AOL, I was taken aback by a revelation. Look at the amount of AOL profiles where guys say, "NO BLACKS OR ASIANS, no offense, just not my preference."
When did it ever become ok to put such negative things in print, justifying them with the excuse that we-know-who-we're-attracted-to-and-won't-settle-for-anything-less? Why are these sentiments allowed to even see the light of day?
We are all gay men. We know what it is like to have strangers hate us for absolutely no reason, but we're apparently very good at doing it to one another.
"But sadly on this planet while we're waiting
The means are meager and the morals low.
To get one's record straight would be elating
But our condition's such, it can't be so."
--Bertolt Brecht/Mark Blitzstein
By the way, I'm white.

I'm sure there are just as many black and asian men who don't like whities... why bother letting someone go to the effort of contacting you if you know you're not going to fancy them? I'd rather know I wasn't someone's type at an early stage. Easier for your race to be rejected wholesale than you personally, no?
That's a lot easier, actually, but it is racism, unfortunately.
You speak of predjudice not racism. Not all gay men are kindly towards fat, old, bald or otherwise imperfect men.
Choice is predjudicial in nature.
Well, Bob B., it sounds like you're choosing to be racist, and I fear predjudice is the first step in the direction of racism. Good luck!
